GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Mukesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The accused applicant is involved in Case Crime No.35 of 2025 under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) of B.N.S., and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Airwakatra, District Auraiya, 3. Learned counsel for the applicant that according to the ossification test, the age of the victim is about 21 years and that there is material contradiction in her statements recorded under Section 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S. He further submits that the victim stayed with the applicant for about 24 days and did not raise any alarm.
