This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant,Monu , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 103 of 2025 , under Sections 115(2), 75, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 9/10 POCSO Act, Police Station Dhanari, District Sambhal, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
