Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.201 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 105, 109, 333, 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Chandpa, District- Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith four other named accused persons and some women belonging to the family of applicant are stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to five persons in all and one of whom expired at the spot on 3.9.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the appl
