Heard Sri Vipin Chandra Lal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 53 of 2025, under Section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 3/5K/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Manjhanpur, District- Kaushambi. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Israr Ali @ Lolla, has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.06.2025
