Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.215 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)ka BNS, Police Station Bhadohi, District Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Mohd. Faruq has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.4.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.5664 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 30.10.2024. 5. It is further argued by learn
