This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohit, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2025, under Sections 137 (2), 65 (1), B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station-Hasanpur, District-Amroha. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 02.05.2025.
