Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mohit, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2025, under Sections 137 (2), 65 (1), B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station-Hasanpur, District-Amroha. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 02.05.2025.
