The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Pankaj Kumar Yadav with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 807 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.c. and section 12 of Passport Act, Police Station- Jhangaha, District-Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial.
