The third bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arvind Alias Macchi, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 211 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504 IPC, Police Station Parikshitgarh, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. This is third bail application of the applicant. Earlier bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is in jail since 24.6.2021. The trial court is repeatedly adjourning the matter and has not concluded the trial.
