Heard Sri Pushp Raj Singh, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.131 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Badausa, District Banda with the prayer to enlarge her on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about ten hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. It is further argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the statement of PW-1 has been recorded and he has not supported the prosecution story. As such, the applicant is entitled for bail.
