Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.176 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station-Ramgarh Tal, District-Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, in an inebriated stated is stated to have hurled abuses at the father of the informant in the mid-night of 13/14.03.2025. After being asked to refrain from doing so, the applicant is stated to have assaulted father of the informant and caused injury by a brick thereby grievously injuring him thereafter
