His first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.01.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 56279 of 2023. 4. By means of the instant bail application, the applicant- Brijesh Alias Brijesh Kumar, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 81 of 2022, under Sections 452, 354(Kha), 363, 376(D) I.P.C. read with Section 5/6 & 7/8 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Sadh, District Kanpur Nagar. 5. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and considering that applicant has failed to show any fresh gro
