The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Ritesh Gupta with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.190 of 2021, under Section 377 I.P.C. read with Section 5M/6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offence Act, 2012, Police Station Bansdeeh Road, District Ballia, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submitted that there is a lot of contradictions in the statement of the first informant and his family members. The F.I.R. is highly delayed from the date of incident because occurrence took place on 09.1
