Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.31 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station-Kotwali Shahar, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Vishnu has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 17.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8557 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 22.01.2025 having no criminal history.
