No. 1036 of 2021, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., and Section 66D IT Act, Police Station Jahanganj, District Farrukhabad. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.4.2025.
