Heard Sri Saurabh Chaturvedi, learned counsel for applicant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned AGA for State. 3. This is second bail application. First bail application was rejected vide order dated 09.04.2024 and grounds and directions passed therein are quoted below :- "(a). it is a case of broad day light murder by number of accused persons by indiscriminating firing which is corroborated by post mortem report; (b). eye witness account has fixed the identity of applicant, his presence at place of occurrence and his role; (c). error of mentioning wrong parentage in F.I.R. was cured within a short period, therefore, it does not appear be a case of mis-identity or false implication; (d). applicant has a huge criminal history of 10 cases which involves offence of attempt to murder
