By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2023 at Police Station-Robertsganj, District-Sonbhadra under Sections 147, 148, 504, 506, 308/34, 302 of IPC. The applicant is in jail since 10.03.2023. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 28.02.2024. The trial is nearing a conclusion and no fresh ground for bail is made out at this stage. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since the trial court has already been directed to expedite the trial and to realize the intent of Section 309 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Misc.
