Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the victim who is informant in the F.I.R. as well as in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. has made allegation against the applicant that he established sexual relations with her on false pretext of marriage, but during course of trial the victim (P.W.1) in her cross examination has not supported the prosecution case and she has been declared hostile by the concerned trial court. A copy of evidence adduced by the victim at the trial is annexed as Annexure-S.A.1 to the supplementary affidavit dated 06.08.2025, which is on the record. Thus, it is argued that there is bleak chance that prosecution
