GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. as well as in her statements recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. specific allegation of rape and blackmailing has been made against the named accused- Shaukat Ali and the only allegation against the applicant is that he was blackmailing the victim by saying her that he had her obscene photographs with the accused-Shaukat Ali.
