Mansoor Alam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.277 of 2024 , under Section8/20/29 NDPS Act, Police Station Rohaniya, District Varanasi. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.9.2024.
