Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged under Section 363 I.P.C., wherein the informant who is the mother of the victim has alleged that her minor daughter aged about 17 years went missing since morning when she left the house for her school.
