This second bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C./483 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Omkar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Special Case No. 1082/2020, arising out of Case Crime No. 162 of 2020, under Sections 364, 302, 201, 394, 411 IPC, registered at P.S. Mirehchi, District Etah. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2023 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 27063 of 2021 (Omkar Vs. State of U.P.). 5. A report of the trial court was called for regarding the status of trial by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2025. Office has placed the said report on record.
