Challenge in this criminal appeal is to the judgment dated 26.08.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge (POCSO Act), Jhansi in Sessions Trial No. 944 of 2018 (State Vs. Akash alias Kallu Pandey and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 150 of 2018, under Sections 306, 354 IPC, Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act and Section 11/12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Badagaon, District Jhansi, whereby court below has acquitted the accused/opposite party nos. 2 and 3 of the charges framed against them. 3. However, simultaneously court below has taken cognizance under Section 383 BNSS against the informant/appellant for giving false evidence. Apart from above, a further direction h
