This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Satish Alias Nitish Kumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 133-A of 2006 (State vs. Satish alias Nitish Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 93 of 2005, Police Station- Kishni, District- Mainpuri, convicting the appellant under Sections- 323/34, 324/34, 307/34, 302/34 and 504 IPC, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the applicant-appellant was not initially charge-sheeted, but was subsequently summoned to face trial under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
