Suspension of Sentence Application Heard Sri Rajrshi Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Satish Alias Nitish Kumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 133-A of 2006 (State vs. Satish alias Nitish Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 93 of 2005, Police Station- Kishni, District- Mainpuri, convicting the appellant under Sections- 323/34, 324/34, 307/34, 302/34 and 504 IPC, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the applicant-appellant was not initially charge-sheeted, but was subsequently summoned to face trial under Section 319 Cr.P.C.
