This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Bharat Singh, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 248 of 2013 (State of U.P. vs. Rajesh @ Gantha and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 389 of 2012, under Sections- 302/149, 147, 148 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Bharthana, District- Etawah as well as Sessions Trial No. 134 of 2018 (State vs. Bharat Singh) arising out of Case Crime No. 428 of 2012, under Sections- 25 of Arms act, Police Station- Bharthana, District- Etawah, during the pendency of this appeal.
