This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Jitendra, Rajeev, Somveer and Sanjeev, praying to enlarge them on bail in Special Criminal Case No. 20 of 2013, State vs. Jitendra and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 411 of 2012, under Sections- 147, 302/149, 452, 307/149, 325/149, 323/149, 504 and 506 IPC read with Section 3(2)5 Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station- Jahangirabad, District- Bulandshahar (State vs. Brahm Singh), during the pendency of this appeal. There are general allegations in the F.I.R. against nine persons regarding the commission of the offence of murder of one Om Prakash. Learned counsel for the app
