This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Mohd. Murshid, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 693 of 2007 (State vs. Mohd. Salim and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 185 of 2006, under Sections- 302/34, 323/34, 307, 109 IPC, P.S.- Soraon, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of this appeal. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that similarly placed co- accused, Mohd. Ali, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by the order of date passed in Criminal Appeal No. 6841 of 2025.
