This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Mohd. Ali, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 693 of 2007 (State vs. Mohd. Salim and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 185 of 2006, under Sections- 302/34, 323/34, 307, 109 IPC, P.S.- Soraon, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations in the F.I.R. against four persons of committing the murder of one, Iftekhar Ahmad @ Dangar.
