Bail Application Heard Sri Ajai Kumar and Sri Chandrabhan, learned counsel for the appellant; Ms. Manju Thakur, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the material on record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Rajesh Verma, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2010 (State vs. Akram and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 359 of 2009 under Sections- 394, 411, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Anpara, District- Sonbhadra, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the son of the informant, namely, Rajesh Kumar, aged about 20 years, was employed as a driver of a Bolero vehicle belonging to Ram Baran (P.W.-5). On 04.07.2009 at about 10:00 p.m., four persons, namely, Akram Khan, Shubhasheesh Sarkar, Vijay Kumar, and Rajesh Verma, hired the aforesaid Bolero car for going to Renukot
