This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Dileep Kushwaha, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 126 of 2018 (State of U.P vs. Dileep Kushwaha and 03 others), arising out of Case Crime No. 104 of 2018, under Sections- 302/34 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Lalitpur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per the allegations made in the F.I.R., three unknown persons came to the house of the deceased and the informant and knocked at the door.
