Kochar, learned counsel for the appellant, Shri Subedar Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri Prabal Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the first informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. for the State has pointed out that in the instant appeal, appellant- Pradeep Tiwari @ Pande has already passed away on 08.05.2023. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah vide his letter dated 31.07.2025 has informed this Court that appellant- Pradeep Tiwari @ Pande has already passed away. In verification of his death, statements of Rashmi Tiwari wife of appellant- Pradeep Tiwari @ Pande and Ankit Dubey son of Late Arvind Dubey have been recorded. Police Report of Sub-Inspector Jaswant Singh of Police Station Basrehar, District- Etawah has already been annexed. Death certificate issue
