This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Satendra Harijan, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 431 of 2015 (State of U.P. vs. Satendra Harijan) arising out of Case Crime No. 169 of 2011, under Sections- 302, 379, 411 IPC, Police Station- Tiwaripur, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that Naseer Ahmad aged about 22 years, son of informant, was working in a bag factory. As usual he went to the factory at about 09:30 p.m. On 28/29.04.2011 at about 2-3 a.m., one, Jane Alam, of locality of informant informed him that someone has fired upon and caused death of his son, Naseer Ahmad and he is lying dead on the road in front
