This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Makra Rajoot, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 24 of 2018, State vs. Makra Rajpoot, arising out of Case Crime No. 45 of 2018, under Sections- 306, 452, 504, 506 IPC, Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Dakor, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of this appeal.
