Bail Application Heard Sri Abhishek Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Lokesh, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Case No. 139 of 2017 (State vs. Rajkumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 783 of 2016, under Sections- 364-A, 302, 201 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Kotwali City, District- Bijnor during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations in the F.I.R. that the son of the informant, Vasu, was a student of Class VII and used to go to school by the rickshaw of Mehboob (P.W.-4).
