This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Sonu, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 59 of 2014 connected with S.T. No. 32 of 2015 arising out of Case Crime No. 1437 of 2013, under Sections- 302/201/34 IPC, Police Station- Bisalpur, District- Pilibhit, during the pendency of this appeal. F.I.R was lodged by the appellant, Sonu, alleging that he had gone to attend the proceedings of a case at Pilibhit along with his 'dau', Ram Ashre-Ram Avtar.
