In compliance with the order dated 16.09.2025, the office have submitted a report dated 27.10.2025, saying that the appellant, Raghunath, has died. The office report aforesaid is based upon a report submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun vide memo dated 29.09.2025. The material part of the report submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun reads : " माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशानुपालन में अपीलार्थी/अभियुक्त रघुनाथ पुत्र मुकुट सिंह निवासी ग्राम मिलपीर (मिलकिया) थाना उसावाँ जिला बदायूँ के जीवन मृत्यु होने के संबध में वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक को पत्र प्रेषित किया गया। संबंधित थानाध्यक्ष/प्रभारी निरीक्षक की इस आशय आख्या प्रस्तुत की अपीलार्थी/अभियुक्त रघुनाथ पुत्र मुकुट सिंह निवासी ग्राम मिलपीर ( मिलकिया) थाना उसावाँ जिला बदायूँ की मृत्यु
