This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Raj Kumar, Deepak and Hariom, praying to enlarge them on bail in S.S.T. No. 507 of 2022 (State of U.P vs. Rajkumar) and S.S.T. No. 236 of 2022 (State of U.P. vs. Deepak and Another) under Sections- 363, 366, 376-D IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(1)12 of SC/ST Act arising out of Case Crime No. 220 of 2014, P.S.- Fatehganj Paschimi, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of this appeal
