This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 31.10.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 17, Agra in Sessions Trial No. 505 of 2016 (Registration No. UPAG010115812016) (State vs. Pawan Agarwal), under Section- 302, 324 IPC, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Agra, arising out of Case Crime No. 566 of 2016 whereby the Sessions Judge convicted the appellant under Section 302 IPC and sentenced him to undergo life imprisonment and the fine of Rs. 500/- and in default of payment of fine to further undergo imprisonment for six months additional simple imprisonment and under Section 324 IPC and sentenced him to undergo two years rigorous imprisonment.
