Suspension of Sentence Application No. Nil of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Juvenile A.B, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 10081 of 2016 (State vs. Juvenile) arising out of Case Crime No. 783 of 2016, under Sections- 364-A, 302, 201, 120-B IPC, P.S.- Kotwali City, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has contended that the co-accused, Rahul, has been granted bail by this Court by the order of date passed in Criminal Appeal No. 2894 of 2024. The case of the appellant stands on identical footing, hence the appellant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given order passed in criminal appeal of co-accused.
