This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Vijay Kumar Singh, Ajeet Singh and Prithvi Singh, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 573 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No. 107 of 2022, under Sections- 302/34, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Paniyara, District- Mahrajganj during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that on 10.06.2022 at 09:15 a.m., because of old land dispute, the collaterals of the informant, namely, Vijay Kumar Singh, Ajit Singh and Prithvi Singh, started raising wall on the disputed land. At the same time, the uncle of the informant, deceased, Santosh Kumar Singh, tried to stop them and then aforesaid three accused after hurling abuses and
