This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Munna, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 95 of 2018 (State vs. Munna) arising out of Case Crime No. 87 of 2017, under Sections- 302, 201 IPC and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ ST Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of this appeal. An unknown dead body was recovered from the side of the road. The body could not be identified and was cremated by the police. After about seven months of the incident.
