Suspension of Sentence Application No. 01 of 2023 Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Munendra Singh @ Neeru, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2011, (CNR No. UPRN-01001995-2011) State of U.P. vs. Mukesh @ Pinku and others, under Sections- 323/34, 308/34, 302/34, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S.- Rasoolabad, District- Kanpur Dehat arising out of Case Crime No. 164 of 2010, during the pendency of this appeal. In the F.I.R it is alleged that the appellant came to the house of informant and insulted his uncle and father. Subsequently the uncle died and the father got injured. Learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Rajrshi Gupta, submits that general roles of causing injuries with lathis were ass
