This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Atul Kumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 5813 of 2019 (State vs. Atul Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 364 of 2019, under Section- 302 IPC, Police Station- Subhash Nagar, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the appellant along with his wife, Meera and four years old daughter came to live in his rented house on 24.06.2019. They vacated the house and went somewhere. Again on 05.07.2019 at about 04:00 p.m they came and asked the informant to permit them to stay in his house in the night and they will go back tomorrow. The informant gave them a room to stay.
