The present criminal contempt case filed under Section 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (hereinafter, ‘the Act’), arises out of order dated 28th October, 2024, passed by the ld. Single Judge in O.M.P. (I) (COMM.) 186/2024 titled Bina & Ors. v. Ashok Bansal. 3. The brief background, giving rise to the present contempt proceedings is that O.M.P. (I) (COMM.) 186/2024 was filed by the Petitioners therein under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
