This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 19.01.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi ( hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. 773/2020, titled Amit Kumar v. Govt. Of NCTD & Ors. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Impugned Order’), allowing the O.A. filed by the respondent herein. Challenge has also been laid to the Order dated 23.07.2025 passed by the learned Tribunal in M.A. No. 2.
