On the merits of the matter, Shri Shehsnath Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicant seeking review contended that in the judgment under review it has come that the total marks secured by the applicant/ petitioner for compassionate appointment in terms of the policy decision dated 27.06.2007 were 50, which fell short of the required/ minimum 55 points. He submits that the mother of the applicant is handicapped, therefore, the applicant was entitled to five more points, which would qualify the applicant.
