The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing orders dated 03.11.2022 (being minutes of hearing dated 21.10.2022) and 14.07.2023 (being minutes of hearing dated 07.07.2023) issued by the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC / respondent no.2) in File bearing No. S-48/Bank-50/2019/SSW-II (hereinafter collectively referred to as ‘the impugned order(s)’) and any further proceedings emanating thereof. 2.
