This review petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 22.03.2023 passed by this Court in the captioned petition. The grounds sought by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 22.03.2023 have been spelt out in paragraphs ‘a’ to ‘dd’. 2. We have heard the petitioner at length. Vide the order dated 22.02.2023, of which the review is sought, this Court had dismissed the petition by stating in paragraph no.11 as under:- “11. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner having been promoted to the grade of STS on January 31, 2011, his promotion should be regularized from that date. On a specific query to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what is the eligibility period for promotion from JTS to STS, his submission is, as per Recruitment Rules, JTS must have four years regular service for being promoted to STS. If that be so, the petitioner having been promoted as JTS only on December 30, 2011, he attained the eligibility for STS only in the year 2015 and it is his own case that he has been promoted to the
