It is admitted that both the applicant and opposite party no.2 had a consensual relationship since 2023, but due to some dispute between the two, the opposite party has lodged the FIR on 15.03.2024 for offence under Section 354D, 376, 420, 506 IPC and Section 67, 67(a) of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008. After the investigation the charge sheet is submitted. The applicant accused has moved an application for discharge after obtaining order from this Court in Criminal Misc.
