The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking to challenge an Award dated 27.08.2019 passed by the learned Presiding Officer Central Government Industrial Tribunal Cum Labour Court No.1, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Award”]. By the Impugned Award, the learned Labour Court had given a finding that the termination of the workmen was illegal and the workmen was granted a relief of a lump sum compensation of Rs. 2 lakhs. 2. The Respondent is present in person. 3.
