The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent – Election Commission of India (“ECI”), to consider the application of the petitioner dated 25th August, 2025 and allot a common election symbol in terms thereof for contesting the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections, 2025 under the banner of „Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh‟ and to strike down the communication dated 01st September, 2025, issued by the respondent. 2.
